When Traditional Therapy Fails To Cure Your Fear Of Being Alone

If you are a sufferer of Monophobia, the extreme and irrational fear of being alone, you understand how debilitating and frustrating everyday life can seem. Monophobia can paralyze you, making the simplest of tasks seem overwhelming and unattainable. Not only are you completely dependent on others, but you are constantly searching for peace and solitude that will not come.

Monophobia, although stemming from many things, has shown some progress toward cure from traditional therapy. Therapy, however, offers no guarantee. The progress achieved through therapeutic routes is often tedious and expensive with steps toward cure taking years at best.

Teresa Douglas, a long time sufferer, now survivor, has developed a guide entitled "How To Conquer Your Fear Of Being Alone," which takes from her many years of working toward a cure. Douglas has spent years following the traditional routes of therapy and medication, and began to feel that there has to be an easier, quicker, way to make progress and conquer the symptoms of Monophobia.

Douglas has developed a guide that uses visualization and self-actualization to conquer fears of being alone. The guide centers on easy steps to not only build your own self-esteem, but to strengthen your relationships, helping you feel more secure and safe no matter what situation arises. Her guide is practical and easy to use, and involves a checklist for everyday real-life scenarios. Don't waste time and money searching for cures that take too long. Take back control of your own life and stop being afraid now.
