Gain Strong Lean Muscles With A Stopwatch

If you've been to a gym, then you've seen it. You've seen the guys that have muscles on muscles. You've seen the guys that look like they popped out of the womb with all those muscles. Some guys just look like they belong in the gym.

These are the guys that spend 5 hours in the gym, but their entire workout can be done in 60 minutes. They use their "between sets time" to talk with 5 people about this new technique they discovered where they can bench press another 30lbs.

To be honest, these guys really know the workout routines on how to build muscle. They can "Hulk Up" with the best of them. If you want to get big and bulk, they by all means follow what these guys do.

But, through my experience at various gyms around the country, must of these guys really haven't a clue as to HOW their muscles get big, they just go through the motions and think that genetics have everything to do with how their body looks.

Now, a lot of these guys spend most of their time hanging out in the gym, so it just makes sense that they look the way they do, right? These guys can tell you about workout routines and how to bench press and stuff, but they have no clue about the inside of your body and why it does what it does.

Now think about these two things. 1) do you really have that much time to spend in the gym? 2) do you really want to look that big and bulky?

Believe it or not, there are workout routines that do focus on how NOT to be big and bulky, but develop muscle strength and muscle tone AND do not require hours in the gym.

An effective workout routine to gain muscle and build strength has a lot of thought put into it. One of the keys for this kind of workout is to NOT rest long between sets. A great place to learn about the Lean Look is with Visual Impact Muscle Building.

I know this may seem a bit unorthodox, but when you're working out, bring a stop watch with you. Time yourself between sets. You know what this exercise will do? It will keep you from being distracted while you're working out and keep you more focused on what exercise and what body part you are working out. Being focused is a great thing when you're at the gym working out.

Another thing the stopwatch will do is help keep your workout simple. Believe it or not, a simple workout is just as affective as a complicated one. Keeping things simple is a great workout model. You're life is complicated enough without having to add to it.

Try this simple stopwatch workout routine for a month and see what your results will be.

Will you gain muscle strength? Will you develop leaner muscles? Only time will tell!
