Reliable Electronic Lockers for Commercial Purpose

Through the years, they evolved together with technology available to men. Common lockers were initially made of a steel body with padlock and key. Today, there are varieties to choose from, whether for industrial use, for example, electronic lockers, touch screen safety lockers, digital electronic safety lockers, dual lock system, biometric locking system, etc.

Locking Systems:

1) Electronic Locking System: This kind of locker and safe system uses the latest technology like digital code keys, biometric keys, electronic card keys, or the combination of two or more electronic keys. These are the most convenient and user-friendly lockers, which are commonly found in public places like parks, airports, schools, factories, universities and more.

2) Mechanical Locking System: The pioneers of the locking industry first used metal padlock-and-key system, the most basic way of keeping our things safe in modern times. This later on evolved in a number combination lock system where the owner has to contend to one-lock combination made by the manufacturer.

3) Dual Locking System: Dual locking system is a combination or a hybrid of both mechanical and electronic locks. It employs digital lock combination, a biometric identification, an electronic key card paired with mechanical combination and/or a master key.

The advantages of electronic locks are the following:

1) Hard to pick: These locks can only be opened with an electronic key. Some systems designed for candy snack vending machines and soft drink vending machines, use non- contact infrared key fobs. This eliminates a visible lock on the front of the vending machines, which will deter thieves.

2) Difficult to drill: Hardened steel roll pins can be incorporated into soft drink machine t-handle locks to prevent drill bits from coming into contact with the actual lock.

3) Keys can't be duplicated: The software that is used is encrypted so only the vending operator will have access to key codes.

4) Vending operator has full control of keys: Only the vending operator will have full control over when the key is active or how many times the key has to be in use.

5) No need to change locks if key is lost: This is because electronic vending machine keys are inactivated regularly and the operator can quickly change key codes. The security of your vending machine will never be compromised.
