After watching and hearing so many devastating news from Japan, you surely thinking to do something for people Japan. Here are some direct or indirect help you can do.
Until now we all realized that how fragile is our life and how helpless is human being in the hand of nature. Even now writing this I'm feeling that uncertainty which surrounds us.
Right now the most critical issue is radiation and its global effect.
All of us heard that it already reached 8333miles away to California, even if it is not that dangerous level. Few days ago it reached to Russia and those who are not saying it might have already reached to Asian and South-East Asian countries.
We firmly believe that Japan will stand up again very soon than expected. May be in next 5 to 10 years, but those who lost their loved ones and exposed to radiation will suffer long.
The next generation who is young and some who still not born will also suffer unfortunately.
So will you and me also suffer who are faraway and watching all this happening?
Yes, for sure we will get affected sooner or later. If not this way then that way will affected.
Here are some personal and collective measures you can take to help Japan and yourself.
1) Easiest and fastest way is to donate some amount of money through trusted organization like your government or Red Cross or United Nations.
2) If you are part of any such Non-profit organization you will be able to directly part of service in Japan or some other way.
3) If your friends are associated with any such organization they might suggest better means.
4) Any such Nuclear plant operates in your neighborhood you can spread awareness about it.
5) If any such N-plant is about to setup around you, please start opposing it now whether at small or big level. In fact this will be real contribution towards Japan and real way to save ourselves.
These are some direct measures we can take.
Until now some of you have donated some amount of contribution for Japan and some of you thinking to donate.
But don't get relax because this is just not enough. We can't get away with this just by donating some amount. People of Japan really need much more than that.
And we can do much more than that personally. Here are some practical and personal measures and efforts you can take. These will need some regular efforts on personal basis and you can spread awareness in your friends and group.
1) Do not use air-condition if not needed and whichever part of world you are now if weather is nice around you, please do not use air-condition.
2) Switch off all electric equipment each time when going out.
3) All those fragrance lovers do not use Aerosol spray or deodorant. These are extremely dangerous for Ozone layer around Earth.
4) Use rechargeable batteries and cells.
5) All of you gadgets freak properly dispose your gadget batteries.
6) If you live in colony or building which is surrounded by mobile tower, do some official efforts to remove them.
If you will be able to do at least 2 things above mention , it counts.
