Everything duplicates whether it is good behavior or bad behavior. Think of yourself as a wolf, and your team as the pack. If you do not have a team, than great! You are in an awesome position!
See the speed of the pack is determined by the leader. I'll say that again, the speed of the pack is determined by the leader. If the leader is going slow, then the pack is going to go slow. If the leader is doing mock 10, and is stopping at nothing... Then the team WILL follow at mach 10! A leader needs to be the type of leader they want their team to be.
If your plan for your team, or future team, is to do seven different offline marketing techniques, then you must also do those seven techniques as well. You can not do one or two techniques and then tell your team to do something different. Expecting your team to do something you are not doing is unrealistic and unprofessional.
One must be a leader, without fail, one must be a leader. What I mean by this is simple, do not ask your team members if they think they may want to do something. New team members need direction, TELL them what you are expecting them to do. Once they are signed into your program, give them 2-3 things that are necessary to do next and ask when they will be able to get this done. Hold them to that date!
Accountability is key, if your team member has told you that something will be done on Monday, CALL THEM ON MONDAY and talk to them about what they did and have their next steps in hand to give to them. This shows that you are expecting them to do as you ask, and that you expect nothing less than their compliance to get it done.
Show your team members that you are doing what you are expecting them to do. Tell them the results you are getting and show them what they can expect when they follow.
The team member is expecting you to show them the route to the bank right? Make sure you get this right. By the way, DO NOT wait till they sign up to do this with them. Deal with your prospects in the same way.
Prospects are looking at you to see if you can lead them to the bank! So when you are talking to your prospects, ask them when they will be able to take a look at your website, or meet with you and then HOLD THEM TO IT. If your prospect says to you that they will look at your website/opportunity on Monday at 7, then tell them you will be calling them on Monday at 7:30 or 8:00 and make sure you call them at that time. Be a leader.
