Don't Be Afraid of Your Monophobia
Don't Be Afraid of Your Monophobia

Are you afraid to be alone? If so you are not alone. There are millions of people in the same situation. This is a common condition that affects millions of people each year. Individuals who suffer from Monophobia are afraid to be at home by themselves. They fear sleeping alone even more. They are used to having that special someone with them all the time, and when that person is no longer available they tend to go into a state of depression. In some cases, they may even become withdrawn. This is not a good place emotionally to be in and there is a cure for Monophobia.

These people do not feel safe and can often times feel threatened. They find themselves constantly in need of attention. This condition can cause others to shun away from the person who suffers from this condition. It starts out innocently enough; inviting friends over everyday and not wanting them to leave is one sign of Monophobia. Another sign is constantly wanting to be every place but home. This can be very annoying to friends and family members, but devastating to the sufferer.

Many individuals will leave home early in the morning and only return home in time for bed. This is because they do not want to face another day of being alone. Each day they are alone gets harder and harder to deal with. Some people might choose treatment options, but others may want to face the problem head on without the assistance of medication.
