Exercise is a great way to release natural endorphins to give you good energy throughout your day. Exercising will also help you to get better rest because it will cause you to fall asleep faster.

Making sure that you keep spaces open throughout your day for unexpected events to take place will help you to accomplish the goals on your list. Be careful not to make the list too long or you may get discouraged when you can not finish it before bedtime.
