Breakfast is one of the most important meals that a person should eat. But there are people who are skipping breakfast, because they do not have enough time to do so. They just drink coffee for breakfast, which is not good because it can cause acidity build-up. Our body should eat healthy foods, for us to gain the energy that our body needs. Another bad thing about skipping meals is that the level of your blood sugar will decrease, and can lead to brain degeneration. If you think that you can just eat more food during your lunch, then it is wrong. Eating too much will make your arteries hard and can cause mental power.

One of the most common habits of people today is smoking. A lot of them are thinking of smoking as an alternative way to relieve boredom, stress and hunger. Cigarette is rich in nicotine, which can damage our lungs and can lead to cancer of the lungs. Second hand smoking is also not good, because you are inhaling the smoke that already came out of the first hand smoke. Brain shrinkage is one of the most common problems of people who are smoking regularly. When a brain is shrinking, this can lead to Alzheimer's disease when you grow old.

Some people tend to eat too many sweets, especially if they are stressed. But eating too many sweets will only make things worse. In case you don't know, consuming too much sugar will cause the nutrients and proteins' absorption to be interrupted.
