Men are ultimately on this earth to reproduce. It's not a clich, its biology. And that biology transfers into many different environments that we now call life. The pubs and clubs all over the world, from the cocktail bars in Rio de Janeiro to the tapas bars in Spain and every country in the world witnesses the same thing over and over.
Men are always on the scout for women. Even if they are already seeing someone, the chances are they are still looking for women. And if something better came along, some would jump ship for the better prospect. But in all honesty we are descendants from animals, and the roar animal passion and innate instincts sometimes take over.
Men hunt in packs, generally three or four friends and take a look at the women who pass by. A woman with a wonderful scent, so much so that each of the men will look at exactly the same time, sometimes pausing from conversation. Once the girl has passed the conversation then resumes as if nothing has happened. It is almost as if it is just a natural everyday occurrence.
Men are ultimately here to carry on their genetic line and are looking to do so with a number of different women. All in their own way different but desirable to the potential suitor. It is important to the man to be able to meet women; it can change a man's mood and even ruin his day if he gets shot down.
The male bravado comes in to play when there are guys together in a bar. It can really dent the morale as well as reputation of a man if he is to be turned down by a woman in front of his friends. It is so important that the man is successful in fact, that he will pride himself on it and even go to low depths to ensure he gets the conquest.
Women are not ultimately that different. They are also looking for guys the majority of the time but they do differ in the fact that they know the onus is not on them to initiate things. That relaxes them and the pressure is off. Men however know the onus is on them and this makes things a little more pressurized for guys when it comes down to it. It is not all cavemen style attitude in love but the basic fundamentals are there to look at. Innate instincts over thousands of years don't just disappear
