You can't bring in new reps to your business and not give them some type of training on what to do and how to do it, but at the same time, you need to keep recruiting yourself. A good balance is very important to getting the big results that you are seeking.
One thing that I think is good about being with Xowii Evolv is the binary compensation plan. Basically, you have a left team and a right team to concentrate on in building your business. That's a good thing, but you have to keep in mind that your team will do what they see you doing. So if you want each of them to only try and recruit 2 people each, then that is what you do. We know that it really is not, so you must continue to recruit and they will do the same. Here are a few pointers that you need to keep in mind as you build your Xowii Evolv team.
If you are not good at it and you can afford to pay someone to do it, then do. If Xowii Evolv support does a good job at it, then take advantage of it. You want to keep your focus on what is really necessary and what is going to make money for you.
