Vision of Cross Country Home Services through Our Leaders

Chief Information Officer Appointed

In 2009, Joel Steigelfest was named Chief Information Officer of Cross Country Home Services. The new appointment exhibited the company's efforts to promote and provide quality customer service to our clients. Mr. Steigelfest is charged with developing and enhancing technological systems that will improve customer service. His extensive knowledge in the area of Information Technology will assist Cross Country Home Services with their strategy to use advanced technology to provide excellent customer service. Mr. Steigelfest possesses over 24 years of experience in the IT field, as well as, 13 years of executive level experience. He served as the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Spherion before joining our company. Before serving in these positions, he served as an executive at United Stationers, IBM, Ryder, and Kemper Insurance. Mr. Steigelfest was trained at Tulane University in computer science and mathematics and University of Miami awarded him his Masters degree in business administration.

Cross Country Home Services aims to recruit the sharpest and most qualified individuals in order to provide our customers with the most efficient customer service experience possible. The company continually invests in our facilities and employees to provide customers with the best service.

Dedicated to Promoting Women

In 2008, our company's president Sandra C. Finn was selected as the "fourth most prominent female executive by Florida's Women-Led Business study." Florida International University and Commonwealth Institute of South Florida's Center for Leadership conducted the study that awarded Finn this honor.Ms. Finn was bestowed this honor based upon her business strategies, personal motivation, career progression, work habits, and life choices. In 1999, she joined Cross Country Home Services as Executive Vice President. In 2001, she received her appointment as President. Prior to working for Cross Country Home Services, she was employed by Cendant Corporation as the Senior Vice President of Product Management and Call Center Operations. During her 10 years at Cendant, she also served as the Vice President of Business Development and the Vice President of Marketing. E.F. Hutton and Company hired her for various management positions prior to her career at Cendant Corporation.

Ms. Finn was educated by Brown University, where she received a B.A. and New York University, where she received a M.B.A. Ms. Finn drives the vision of Cross Country Home Services and strives to ensure that customers receive quality service from all departments.
