Your doctor may also recommend a local quit smoking program. Tell all your friends and family that you are quitting and ask for their help. Be sure to reward yourself for as your stopping smoking progresses. I used the money saved by not smoking to buy a new TV.
Now that I am smoke free I am very proud of the achievement. It was the single most difficult thing I have ever done in my life and definitely the most important from a health stand point. If you are a smoker, QUIT, you will be forever blessed.
