The impossibility of knowing who you are!
Look into the mirror and try to tfigure out who the hell you are! A shape, a form, some roundness, a trunk, a head, two upper limbs, two lower ones, the inside is full of shit.
You have two eyes planted in your head, a nose, not two, and one mouth, enough to keep you alive, should you be lucky enough to have food, for one billion of humans like yourself have are hungry.
But, why should you care this is not your business. You are interested in philosophy and would like to know who are you.
Well, if you recognize all these facts then you must be a genius, another Einstein or perhaps the Zulu warrior at the White House, even a Kaddhafi would do the trick. These very intelligent people are not better than you are, for they also have not got the faintest idea who the hell they are. Nobody does for that matter. Unless you do, of course!
You have a certain height and a certain weight. You do not surpass five meters in length nor three tons in Kilos. You are what you are.
But, seriously, if you think deeper and try to make sense of the matter your are made of then you might hit the jack pot. If not then be silent for a while giving your grey cells the chance to think!
Anatomists and biologists, not forgetting chemists, tell you you are made of cells. Millions of cells come together, by a miracle and make what you see.
These cells come together, to form all your systems, blood system, muscle system, bone system, brain system, should you have one.
But going further and deeper into you self, physicists tell you you are made of atoms, trillions of them, assembled in such a way to make you what you are.
Who are you now? A bulk of Atoms making your shape and form. What are atoms? No one can answer, otherwise you get the Nobel Prize for free. Where did your atoms come from? A devastating question, not even Einstein is capable of an answer. What is the origin of these atoms? I hope you know, for you take yourself for a genius but you are a donkey on two legs. How far can man go in his or her ignorance? Unlimited!
To what extent can man and woman feel superior to others, to animals to cockroaches. They think they know and they know, in reality, nothing. They share their lives with rats and mice, for ladies, and are the real cockroaches and worms crawling about in a strange planet and in a mysterious enigmatic world, just like your presence.
