How to Get a Six-Pack in a Week: Day by Day Instructions

So, you're on a quest toget a six pack in a week. How do youget rid of belly fat and get those abs you've always wanted? Here's your one week plan.

Day 1: Follow Program as presented. Begin to enjoy trimming vegetables from the cruciferous family that include broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and kale.

Day 2: Follow Program as presented. Ensure that the use of fruit juice is replaced with whole fruit for fiber and eliminate wheat.

Day 3: Follow Program as presented: Make sure your exercise program includes multi-joint exercises; train hard, and eat quality foods.

Day 4: Follow Program as presented. You are half way through the week, reward yourself with Mike Geary's Fudge.

Recipe:

3-4 Oz. dark chocolate

4-5 TBS. Organic Nut Butter

2/3- cups Organic Coconut milk

2 TBS. Rice Bran

2 TBS. Oat Bran

cup Raw Pecans

cup Diced Cranberries

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

Stevia to Taste

Combine in a sauce pan over low heat the Chocolate, Nut Butter and Coconut Milk. Stir constantly until melted. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread the mixture on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper and chill until hardened.

Don't eat it all at once due to it's caloric density.

Day 5: Follow Program as Presented. Begin to enjoy the "Super-fatburners". Egg yolks, avocados, and grass fed beef. Sounds like steak with Hollandaise sauce and a side salad topped with avocados!

Day 6: Follow Program as presented. Ensure that all of what you "think" is a "healthfood" is. Reading labels is a must- and when you see either sugar or high fructose corn syrup- RUN, don't walk!

Day 7: Follow Program as Presented. Now that you are in a position to enjoy your efforts, sit down and craft a shopping list that incorporates all of the hints and ideas you have gathered. Using your new knowledge of do's and don't s will resound in your head as you visit each aisle in the grocery store in search of the DO'S. Always start with the veggies. Your cart should be loaded with as much as possible to get you through at least half a week. Some veggies are more perishable than others- choose accordingly. Don't forget the fruit component. Think hand-held on the run possibilities as well as weekend leisure days and the time to create a fruit salad. Consult the butcher at the meat counter for the beef selections. Don't be afraid to ring the bell- you may not be able to see them, but they are back there. Invite a friend for a meal!

This one week program will put you on course toget rid of belly fat and get a six pack in one short week.
