From March 18, 2009 to March 5, 2011, the total amount of decayed lights is 17 under the condition of daily witch on/ off routine, accounting for 27 per cent and involving 11 firms with 40.7 per cent of total firms. According to Wu, LED lifespan should be tested on spot while light decay should be tested in lab. Meantime, LED's overall stability is worse than traditional street light. Good LED is in excellent performance but bad one is in very bad condition, added by Wu.
On the analysis of advantages of LED road lighting products, the biggest function is controlling function rather than conservation as compared to high voltage sodium lamp.
