Pitch a tent, get messy in arts and crafts, take aim at the archery range, harness up at the climbing wall, lead a pony through an obstacle course- take full advantage of our 40-acre campus as you participate in a variety of activities! We offer a wide range of age-appropriate activities within a schedule that is carefully planned to incorporate themed days, special events and a balance of indoor and outdoor activities. This dynamic program will allow you to develop your talents, grow in new directions and build your self confidence. Congressional Camp also offers a variety of travel, specialty, and athletic programs.
The Great Adventures campers' (ages 3 to rising kindergarteners) program provides the best of a classroom-based, developmentally appropriate early childhood environment combined with all of the fun and exciting activities of summer camp. A weekly theme guides indoor and outdoor experiences, and they have included Welcome to the Jungle, It's the Wild, Wild West, Blast Off to Outer Space and Olympics. The Great Adventures campers' daily schedule follows a typical preschool program including time for independent free play, small and large-group enrichment activities, outdoor play and rest time.
