True story of how she treated her hiatal hernia symptoms

Although this story may sound unusual, it is a true living story of a beloved friend who is diagnosed with a medical condition called hiatal hernia. The way she has discovered how to treat her hiatal hernia symptoms may differ from conventional medicine, but actually works for her and helps her treat her condition. However, if you are suffering from the same thing you may or may not get the same results, because hiatal hernia conditions vary from one person to another.

So what is a hiatal hernia? It's a condition that happens when part of the stomach gets pushed upwards and passes through the diagram causing many different symptoms and discomfort. The only way to know if you have this condition is to have yourself tested by a medical expert. Only after several examinations, including endoscope, may he or she determine if you have this condition and what to do about it. Sometimes after examination your doctor may notice the stomach has twisted or being squeezed by the passage, causing improper blood circulation to the stomach. This might be dangerous and may require hiatal hernia surgery.

However, in a lot of cases, only a small part of the stomach has protruded, causing problems heartburn problems, belching, and sometime trouble swallowing food. Acid reflux often happens because the stomach valve located between the esophagus and the stomach is pressured causing a malfunction, therefore, releasing acid stomach into the food pipe.

So finally when my friend was diagnosed with this condition, her doctor prescribed her proton pump inhibitors to fight against acid refluxes.

Although the pills were very effective, she still had to use a ton of pillows to get a good night sleep. Actually, her biggest problems were finding ways of sleeping at night without worrying about acid reflux attacks creeping up during her dreams.

She also had difficulty swallowing big portion, and had to cut in half everything she ate.

This story really begins the day she had to use a chair to pull out a hat laying on top of a shelf, and lost her balance. She managed to land on her feet. The amazing part of this situation, is the heartburn pain she was feeling from the previous meal, apparently disappeared. Later at dinner time, heartburn started to react again, and she stood on a chair and jumped to the ground. Within minutes her discomfort vanished.

Noticing the jump caused her stomach to get back into place, she searched the web for more information and stumble on some self massage technique that help her get rid of hiatal hernia symptoms.
