When it was time to go home to test out cable TV and Satellite Direct, the two participant groups quickly found out that that both services were actually quite different from each other. First off, when it came to the installation process, for cable TV, a technician had to do it and this may take from 5 minutes to 20 minutes. This is always the procedure for all cable TV providers so the participants who got regular cable TV had to wait for the technicians to finish installing the cable boxes.
