About 3 years ago i wondered what i could do to live healthier but i also wanted to gain some muscles. At that time i thought it was only possible through weigh training. So i joined a gym , paid the monthly fees and started lifting weights. I had great results BUT i was not happy with that. Every other day i was sore like hell and could not function properly so i decided to do a little research on how to gain muscle mass but WITHOUT weights. I thought it had to be possible because i have seen people only do bodyweight exercises and they had nice muscle masss and even looked better. So after a long research i finally found a good product that not only promised to gain muscle mass without weight but really kept that promise. And i am going to show you a couple tips on how you can gain muscle mass without lifting weights.

Keep in mind that you will probably not look like arnold in his prime but i gues thats not what you want anyway. BUT you cann get close. I have personally seen guys training without weights and they had some serious muscles.

1. Push Ups, Squats and Sit ups: I know they are old and boring but that is only because most people just stick to normal boring push ups all their life. But you have to mix them up. There are literally tons of different push up methods out there. Never do the same thing over and over. That is the reason why most people fail to gain muscles. They just do normal push ups all the time until they reach a pint where they can do 100 or 200 or even 500 puch ups a day and guess what.... That is exactly the reason why they do not gain any muscles because they are doind strenght ENDURANCE training by now.

2. So what can you do about that? Just find a harder variation of push ups or squats or whater you want to do and you should be able to do only about 15 to 20 reps maybe even less. Because that are the exercises you are looking for to build muscle mass.

3. Keep it pushin. You can train 3 times a week or even more because you will not get sore as often as with weight training. And eat healthier. Lots of Protein like chicken and fish is verygood for building muscles. Not getting sore does not mean that you will not gain muscles. It is even better because that means your muscles will heal faster and that means more training ant that means faster muscle growth.
