Trade Show Counters - Models And Practical Uses

There are many trade show display products that are easily available from a number of exhibition stand suppliers to help make your trade show display more (effective|outstanding}. It is very likely that you will have a main display stand that will feature the majority of your information and design which may then be supplemented by a number of less significant stands and accessories. These smaller stands and accessories may involve roller banners, literature displays, LCD displays and other items, but one of the most versatile display items has to be the humble counter. There are various types of exhibition counters available, each one designed for a different purpose, providing a practical display solution. The basic description of an exhibition counter would be a portable unit that is roughly waist high with a flat surface that can act as a work top or presentation/display area. I'll take some time to describe the various types of counters on the market and the different applications for each. Pop Up Counters

Pop up counters are named after their construction and their ability to 'pop up' into an erect state with relative simplicity. After the frame has been erected, it is then fitted with shelving, a beech effect counter top and a full colour graphic wrap. Pop up counters are suited to exhibitions and trade shows where a counter is required for paperwork, a laptop, or for presentation purposes when interacting with customers. These counters aren't the most portable because of the necessity to construct them beforehand, but they are some of the most eye-catching available. Promotional Counters

Promotional counters are, as the name implies, suited to the promotion of products and/or services. They are defined by the large graphics around the front of the counter and often feature a printed header panel which is positioned above the user on two long poles. These counters are superb for busy environmentsbecause they don't take up very much space and the top panel draws attention over the heads of a crowd. They can also be folded up quite easily and stored in a carry case without much fuss. Transit Case/Counters

Pop up displays are a staple trade show display stand for many small to medium companies when attending trade shows. Pop up stands come with quite a few parts that need assembly and subsequently can be tricky to transport without a suitable transit case. Pop up transit cases have the capacity to be converted into a simple counter with the easy addition of a graphic panel and beech effect counter top. Even though the surface area of the counter top is not very substantial, it is sturdy and the case is empty meaning that unused items can be stored inside until the exhibition it is being used at is over. There are of course, many different selections of these counters, with different sizes and styles to suit many different situations. They can cost a lot or they can be relatively economical, they can be lightweight or of a more sturdy construction, they can be stylish or very basic, but each one can provide an effective way to interact with potential clients, either at an exhibition or as a single promotional system.
