subject: How To Recruit Professionals [print this page] How To Recruit Professionals How To Recruit Professionals
Ok so lets imagine you turn on your computer and your inbox is full of UNLIMITED high quality professional prospects that cost you zip, zero, zilch, nada, nothing! Sounds too good to be true right? (Who came up with that ridiculous phrase anyway?) Wrong! Now I know what you're thinking and no this is NOT a "generate your own internet leads" with sales funnels, capture pages, sales copy, and auto responders. No in fact you really don't even need a computer at all!
You can recruit top quality people anywhere in country. If you live somewhere you're not crazy about and want to move somewhere else. Why not build a team there and then move. Live your life by design rather than necessity. You can work within a familiar niche or create a whole new warm market.
You pass by opportunities constantly. And by opportunity I mean high quality laser target leads. Let's say you're a CPA or Financial Planner by trade. This is an industry that you're well versed on, you know the ins and outs, and most importantly you have common ground with anyone who works in that industry. Do you think you're the only CPA to consider other means of income i.e. network marketing? Of course not! In fact whatever reason you chose to look into MLM is another tool you can use when going after that market. There are tons of other CPAs who have a similar vision as you they just haven't found the right vehicleYET.
There is no need to buy lists or hire an IT guru to create online capture pages, all you simply need to do is open a Yellow Pages or Google CPAs in a specific area. Presto! Instant leads of high quality professional prospects. The next part is much simpler than you might think. Your goal is not to call up Jane CPA and try and pitch her. All you want to know is Jane open to looking at alternative ways to generate cash flow.
I'll break this simple process down step by step.
Ask Jane a pique interest question to see if she is open, if she is go to step 2 (Oh and if she isn't big deal there tons more who areNEXT.)
Send her to whatever presentation, sizzle call, or conference call your company has already put in place for you.
Follow-up, if she likes what she saw do a 3-way call with your sponsor to get her questions answered.
Sponsor her. (I hope this step obvious)
You can also get info from business cards you find around town, on coffee shop bulletin boards, newspaper ads everywhere. There easy to find, after all they're in business for you to find them.
