Complimenting a childs bedroom with a pink tv dvd combi

Recently me and my fiancee had the "joy" of being able to redecorate our daughters bedroom, and being of that impressionable age she was adamant that everything must be pink and indeed took some convincing that we could not paint the windows the pink too! I have to admit though she is showing a good sense of taste and chose a range of pinks and purples that go well together and with a little convincing from my fiancee has agreed to the occasional white in the colour scheme and whilst pink is far from my favourite colour it does look good, even i have to admit that. However we wanted to add that extra special touch to the room and like most teenagers our daughter is always listening to music and watching tv and dvd's with her friends, which is why we set our sights on getting a pink tv dvd combi for her new room. However this wasn't as easy as we may have expected, it was hard enough finding a pink tv let along one that also was a dvd combi!

So having walked the high street and checking the usual electronics retailers we were disappointed to find that none had a pink tv dvd combi that would be suitable for a teenage girl. It was then that we turned to online and our search began to find her such a tv dvd combi as that extra special surprise once the bedroom was complete, and after finally having found a suitable one we placed our order and the rest, as they say, is history. The smile on our daughters face alone was worth it for me, and of course she's always reminding us that she's the envy of her friends now and that they all want a pink tv just like hers which seems to make her happy.

Now, as i mentioned earlier i'm not a biggest fan of the colour pink so the most important thing for me was that we got a television that didn't just look pretty but was also highly functional. Thankfully we were able to find one that not only was of a suitable screen size but also was a TV DVD combi that allowed her to play all her dvd's and music on the tv, and also i was quite pleased to find that it came with a HDMI socket so that she can connect her laptop up to the tv for a larger display when doing homework etc on it. All in all i have to admit i'm quite pleased with the pink tv dvd combi that we managed to find and our daughter is over the moon with it, both in terms of how pretty it looks in her new room and all the gadgets and stuff that she can plug into it, and after all, that's the most important thing, that the tv is functional and not just pretty to look at!
