Dear Business men!
My name is Andrew Eastman and I would like to share my outsourcing experience with everyone. To begin with I was very skeptical in the whole BPO process and all the negative talk about how bad it is. I looked past all the negative factors and went forth with this anyways, especially after hearing that 77% of major U.S companies are out sourcing, this includes about 90% of fortune 500 companies. So please bare with me and use this information as you wish.
My business process involves a lot of cold calling, data entry and surveys. I ran my business within the U.S for over 2 years and had reached substantially good results, but still felt that something was holding me back from reaching greater results. After doing months of research I finally understood what I was missing, cutting down on expenditures including office and labor costs. This is when I began to start to search for BPO's which would be able to do exactly what I needed, cut down on my expenditures and deliver the same quality service. Still filled with a lot of doubt wether this was possible especially in such countries as phillippines and India.
My first experience came from a Company in Phillippennes. They were very professional and organized in dealing with the whole business process. I noticed a significant increase in sales and customer satisfaction. There was still one problem, customers understanding the customer service agents. I stayed with them for about 3 months and ended up switching to a different company located in Mumbai, India.
The Indian call center was also well organized and professional dealing with the whole business process. I had the opportunity to communicate with my employees and explain exactly what had to be done. The results were much better than the Phillipinnes BPO. I was quite satisfied as far as how professionally they treated the whole work process and communicated the results to me and my co-workers in the U.S. I stayed with the Indian BPO company for over 8 month. The only doubt once again was customer complaints in regards to understanding my Hindi employees. This is when I heard about a new outsourcing destination with fluent English speaking operators and greater level of customer satisfaction. This is when I moved my Business to Ukraine, Kyiv.
I'm currently outsourcing my work to Ukraine, Kyiv. This is why I can disclose the company name and the name is Alpha Outsourcing. This company made outsourcing easy as a breeze. The whole start up process took less than a week and I was even able to personal hand pick and interview the employees I wanted to work for my company. I choose 15 best operators which had fluent English and over 2 years experience in the call center atmosphere. To my surprise about 80% of their operators spoke fluent English and their management team made the whole process easy and hassle free for me. For all business men out there I truly recommend you give it a shot, you have nothing to lose they are offering rates for $3.00/hour!!!!
