Often we can be stuck really wanting to move forward in certain areas of our lives but for some reason, we just can't. We can believe that we are cursed or something.
It could be that we are stuck in a certain relationship level where we can't establish the relationship and love we really want. In a relationship, things can seem great at first but then problems always seem to take over and bring good things to an end.
It could be that we just can't seem to meet the right person. Or when we do, we never make it far, something happens or we blow it.
It could be that we want to make that financial change in our lives but we're still stuck at the level of survival.
It could be that we want that big career change but we are still stuck in that job or business that is a routine more than anything else. And when an opportunity presents itself, everything looks exciting and promising at first but then everything falls apart.
The worst part can be to see the potential in ourselves and be constantly reminded what we are missing out on.
If any of the above is true to you, you have probably made endless attemtps at making the big change. You probably have tried to look at the situation(s) at different ways many times in an attempt to change the outcome.
The outcomes never changed because you looked at everything else but the source of the cause for you to remain where you are. Well this is an obvious statement. We can look at outside sources which will never give the answer, we can look at ourselves which then we are getting warmer but then we have to not look but feel.
We have to feel our fears because they are the source cause to our stagnation. Our fears cause us to think within a survival based mentality and then cause us to act that way. What we are really after is prosperity, so does it make sense to be able to obtain in a survival based mentality?
Let me elaborate on this survival based mentality. This state of mind is the ego and we try to control everything to get what we want and that includes controlling our actions. We think about what to say and we think about how to act. This takes our natural ability to be ourselves. It is being ourselves that people really want, it is what others love about us.
Therefore when we are unable to be ourselves we are less attractive to better relationships or opportunities. Yet is completely understandable that we have a hard time being ourselves during events where we have a lot of fear. We're probably aware of this on some level but have been hoping that the change in situations will take the fear away. But it works the other way around.
We create our experiences, situations and opportunities more than they create us.
There are minor fears that we can recognize on the surface and there are fears that are deeply rooted in us. We may be intimidated by the fears that are deeply rooted in us and we don't want to look at them which is normal. The intimidation comes from the fact that we don't know how to conquer them. This knowledge is not taught in our mainstream society.
Along the positive and conscious changes that is happening in our world I have figured out an incredibly powerful and efficient way to conquer fear.
Our automatic reaction to deal with fear is to use our minds or our egos to find ways to block them out. We may have the illusion and we are dealing with them but the end result is that we are not free of them.
Fear is a feeling and we have to use our feelings to accept the energy coming from our fears. We then have to go through this energy step by step to get to the source. As we do this we realize fears are painful but not so terrorizing after all. It is nothing that we can't overcome.
When we break through these, we can finally come out of our vicious circles and start experiencing life in a new and much more fulfilling way.
