Cranfield School of Management - knowledge into action

Just north of Milton Keynes lies the village of Cranfield. The village has all the usual facilities you would expect in a village of its size; a post office, a handful of pubs, a convenience store, a hairdressers and several takeaway restaurants.

However, there are some facilities you most certainly would not expect to find in a village the size of Cranfield, namely an airport, a technology park and a world renowned school of management!!

While I can't claim to have an MBA from Cranfiled, I have played cricket there and been on the Essential Business Management Course at the Cranfield School of Management. Both experiences were very positive!

So, what makes the Cranfield School of Management so special and allows it to compete with other similar institutions based in large cities around the world?

Well, firstly, they have been doing this for a long time! In fact the Cranfield School of Management has been providing education to individuals and business professionals for over 40 years.

Secondly, The Cranfield School Management has a mantra of Knowledge into Action' and this was certainly apparent on the course I went on when I was made to post a list of promises to my work address so that they were there when I returned to my desk the following week!

And finally, a large and diverse faculty who are all leaders in their chosen field and actively engaged in their business areas outside of the school.

The various Cranfield MBA programs rank highly in all the respected league tables.
