How To Build Muscles Fast At Home! 5 TIPS

When it comes to bodybuilding or other similar sports there is always on question that arrives sooner or later. That is "how can i build muscles fast". Some people just lift weight others do bodyweight excercises and others even take steroids to give their muscle growth a boost. Obviously Steroid abuse is very very dangerous and i can not stress that enough. Do never ever take steroids.... that is the laziest and cheapest road you can possibly take and you can not be really proud of your success. It is just pathetic. End of the story.

So WHAT can you do to gain muscles without any equipment or gym sign up?There are many possible training approaches but we will talk about gaining muscles fast and how you can do that at home.

So here are 5 essential Tips to gain muscles at home rather fast.

1. You got to have the right attitude towards training. If wou think you can work out very hard one day a week then this will not only a waste of time but it will also make you give up because you do not see any results even after 3 months of training.

2. Train at least 3 times a week. The Monday Wednesday Friday Cycle works best for most. You can work out more if you wish and if your body can take it.

3. Simple exercises like Push ups, Pull Ups, Squats or Sit Ups can be VERY EFFECTIVE but most of the time people give up on them because lets face it.... they become very very boring after a while. You may have fun doing them a week or so but then..... So what can we do about that? EASY! There are tons of different exercises for each of the above mentioned. Just look them up. Mix up your training.

4. EAT healthier. More Fruits and vegetables but also a good source of protein is needed to gain muscles. Chicken and Fish are very good for protein and you can mix Tuna in your salads.

5. Please dont give up! You wont see much results in your first month but please stick to your training regime and i guarantee you will se the difference. Listen to your body if you need to rest then rest. You will probably feel very sore after the first day of training and if you feel sore for 2 or more days and you can not work out then REST. Even if it will be 3 days then so be it. Dont worry about it. Your body will get used to it.

OH and another great tip would be: Take before and after photos!!! Take a picture of you how you look right now and do a new one every month and you will be amazed at how much you changed. We see ourselves everyday in the mirror so it will be hard for ourselves to see the changes our body has made so take pictures.
