While we are exposed to scenario where there is filled with stress for long periods , our body's immunity process will be affected. Once defense mechanisms is weaker, we're vulnerability to infections. Sleep can lead to insomnia too. While you think about an excessive amount of thing in your brain, you simply can't fall into deep sleep at night. You are scared of something. Stress is compared to a two-side blade.
