Ok, what was the main issue with the original iPad? Think about it, I will wait...
The iPad did not support flash, that is what you said right? I thought so. Actually neither does the iPad 2. This is somewhat crazy considering Flash is very useful. Also, it powers several games, web based programs, and even entire websites. It is a little annoying when you are surfing the web on your iPad only to find that the website you want to take a look at only renders in flash.
So why didn't the iPad support flash? That is a definitely a great question. Apparently the reasoning behind the iPad and the iPhone not supporting flash is that it often is the cause of computers malfunctioning and even crashing at times. And quite frankly, I have experienced these malfunctions resulting from the use of flash based programs and/or websites and it is an extremely frustrating situation. And for some reason the malfunctions and crashes caused by flash often tend to happen at the most inopportune times.
Now if after hearing about the downfalls of flash, you still want to be able to run flash based programs on you iPad there are a few programs that will allow you to do so. But if your device crashes or malfunctions as a result of running flash, just to be fair, youhave beenwarned.

# 1 - Skyfire - Skyfire has been around for quite some time now and it seems to be the consensusleading app that solves the flash situation. I have seen mixed reviews on Skyfire but it is the most well known name in the game.
# 2 - Frash - The name of this program actually looks a bit like flash eh? Well, thats because it allows you to bring flash to the iPad. It is a fairly new application but it does the trick.I have not used this program but I have heard good things about it.
I still think it is a little odd that Apple does not include flash on their devices but at least there is a solution.
