You can also do circuit training wherein you mix cardio exercises with weight training. This is one of the best and easy ways to be able to burn your fats and build muscles in the process too. Circuit training can be done in a running track or any big space. You can run and then lift and then run again. It will be best to finish laps before resting. Although circuit training can be very hard and strenuous, it will still work wonders for your body.

And the last tip is to eat properly. Crash dieting is never recommended especially if you are working out. You get the energy in the food you eat and you also need the calories and protein to be able to build your muscles. Your diet is crucial in achieving the body you want. And if you want to burn fat and build muscle, you must eat healthily and appropriately along with doing the different exercises you need.
