Network Marketing Ideas 2011
Network Marketing Ideas 2011

Network marketing is quickly becoming a booming industry. That being said, I have some thoughts for 2011. I have three groups or demographics I believe are perfect audiences for most opportunities. I will share these groups in this article. So without further ado, let's jump into it.

1. Local Businesses

All kinds of businesses are in need of all different types of products and services. If you brainstorm hard enough about the business nearest you, you can probably find one that has a use for your product or service. The key when approaching any business about your opportunity are what I call the 3 "P's": be Prompt, be Professional, and above all, be Personable.

2. College Fraternities and Sororities

These groups are full of young, ambitious, intelligent, energetic people. Doesn't that sound exactly like the type of person you want in your down-line? In my opinion, college kids are some of the best people to recruit for your network marketing opportunity. They have tons and tons of friends, and for the most part have no shame so they have no problem approaching people about anything. If you can train these young impressionable minds to carry themselves professionally, and train them how to effectively introduce others to your opportunity, they can become some of the greatest associates you will ever have. As a young tycoon myself, I can also assure you young people have an entrepreneurial spirit like no other. They are constantly focused on improving themselves and their situations. Not only that, but after introducing an opportunity to just a few of them, they gladly invite their fraternity brothers and sorority sisters to look into it. 90% of college kids are constantly broke and are always looking for new ways to make money. Maybe you have one for them.

3. Churches

Network marketing should be called relationship marketing, because it has so much to do with relating to people in different ways. Building your network marketing business is like building a community. Since churches are established communities of people that trust each other and convene often, they make a great breeding ground for new customers and recruits. They willingly trade ideas, views, and thoughts about mostly everything already, so if you can get a few members fired up about your opportunity, the enthusiasm can spread quickly. Another reason churches are a great place to prospect is because church groups are endlessly searching for ways to bring in new income. They are in a constant struggle for funds to keep themselves running, and it's not just a few. Most churches are desperate for income. Imagine if you could convince a minister, pastor, or preacher, or all three to join your opportunity. You can be sure they will have a much higher conversion rate over their own congregation than you could have ever had prospecting each person on your own.

For 2011, I believe local businesses, college fraternities and sororities, and churches will be the most lucrative prospecting locations. These are three places that are surging with energy and enthusiasm, which will feed the desire to become a successful network marketer. I have no doubt in my mind that if you have the perfect opportunity and introduce it the correct way to these people, then for you, success is a matter of "when" and not "if".
