The plan also includes specific measurable results that people have given us for things that we can do and are in the process of doing and will continue to do as time goes on. We will test all these factors and find out how successful they are and on that basis, we will continue with them. If they are not successful, we will go the other way. By looking at things that have been proven to be successful for other people in the past, we have every reason to think that they will be successful for us in the present.
