If there is one single advice that I would give for people starting their mlm careers then it would be this: Stop looking for some kind of magic multi level marketing secrets and start developing your skills. Success never comes by accident. It is a culmination of tremendous determination, skills and hard work.

Ok now that we have got that cleared, let me start.

Do you know what is the biggest problem that people face when building an mlm business?

Lack of marketing and leadership skills.

Yes it's the skills which we lack. It takes skills to sell products. It takes skills to recruit people. It takes skills to find targeted prospects. Much better, right? Now let's take it a step further.

You now create highly compelling follow ups so that your prospects get pre sold to what you have to offer. That requires a skill too.

Now when you have a list of people who are not only interested in what you have to offer but also eager to talk to you, what would your conversion rate be? Even better, no doubt.

That's the key. Learning the skills is the first step. Its very important. Using them in a way that results in maximum effectiveness is the next step. Strategy. That's important.

The problem with mlm'ers is that they don't know the HOW. How to generate leads? How to get them interested in what you have to offer? How to make them contact you instead of the other way round? How to sponsor them when they contact you? How to train them to do the same?

The methods may differ from person to person but once the foundation is set, one can tweak and apply it the way it suits them the best.

Marketing skills and sales skills are absolutely necessary for building an mlm business (heck, its necessary for any business). Fact is that there are no mlm secrets for success.

Learning marketing skills is very important yet less than 1% of the people do it. After learning the skills, formulating and implementing the right strategies is important. Doing this guarantees results. Every single time
