You see, what has happened is someone has come up with the question, "How do you know there is no God, or single deity, can you claim that you know 100%?"
This is a false question, and the answer is irrelevant, instead it should be followed up with another statement; because human beings just made it all up, and you can make something up, and call it a reality. If you make something up, it is automatically fails, because it is nothing more than a story or a tale.
Nevertheless, atheist have acquiesced to this question, and now they say they are 99.9% sure there is no God, because there is no evidence for one, but they can't know for sure, and therefore they have redefined atheism as someone who does not believe in God because there is simply no proof.
However, in using that definition the atheist community has divided itself amongst agnostics and atheists, all because of this psychological trick. The reason there is no God, is not because there is no real evidence for God (although that is correct), it's because human beings made up the whole story one day, if you make something up out of thin air; it isn't true by definition, therefore there isn't a God and all human superstitions and religions are false.
Today, any atheist, whether self proclaimed or within a group who will not fall in line with this new definition is being outcast from those particular groups. This is because the atheist community has been infiltrated. The Atheist community has been divided and conquered by its own cult-like leadership, and it is therefore no better than any of the human superstitions, religions, or dogma known throughout history.
It is a sad state of affairs when free-thinkers will throw away their ideals merely to belong to a group, or form a group only to have it infiltrated and taken over by human politics, and organized far from its path. The observation of this reminds me, that indeed, those who belong to atheist groups are no better than the human DNA within them.
Even more scary is the fact that many of the atheists consider themselves "left-leaning thinkers" and thus, want to be all-inclusive, claiming that perception is different for every individual, with a caveat of course, as long as one goes for the approved new definitions. And indeed viewing atheism in this way, stating that it is different for every individual, then atheist cannot have strict definitions. Therefore no one should be outcast if they do not accept their strict definitions. But that's not what's happening.
Therefore, it is my personal opinion, that most individuals who call themselves atheists, are not atheists at all, and those groups which claimed the atheist groups, have rushed in and hijacked the name, and started a cult-like organization with their own definitions and belief system. In that case it is a religion, just like all the rest, not any better or any worse.
Perhaps with a tinge of extras thought behind it, but not much. Indeed, I've never been very impressed with religion, superstition, worse human groups which try to explain it all, and now I am starting to see that even the freethinking atheists have been compromised by their own mental mind trap. I'm just not impressed. Surely such a species as human beings can do better than this, but apparently not.
