The Truth About the Health Care Bills-Michael Connelly, Ret. Constitutional Attorney
Well, I have done it! I have read the entire text of proposed House Bill 3200: The Affordable Health Care Choices Act of 2009. I studied it with particular emphasis from my area of expertise, constitutional law. I was frankly concerned that parts of the proposed law that were being discussed might be unconstitutional. What I found was far worse than what I had heard or expected.
To begin with, much of what has been said about the law and its implications is in fact true, despite what the Democrats and the media are saying. The lawdoesprovide forrationingof health care, particularly where senior citizens and other classes of citizens are involved, free health care for illegal immigrants, free abortion services, and probably forced participation in abortions by members of the medical profession.
The Bill will also eventually force private insurance companies out of business, and put everyone into a government run system. All decisions about personal health care will ultimately be made by federal bureaucrats, and most of them will not be health care professionals. Hospital admissions, payments to physicians, and allocations of necessary medical devices will be strictly controlled by the government.
However, as scary as all of that is, it just scratches the surface. In fact, I have concluded that this legislation really has no intention of providing affordable health care choices. Instead it is a convenient cover for the most massive transfer of power to the Executive Branch of government that has ever occurred, or even been contemplated If this law or a similar one is adopted, major portions of the Constitution of the United States will effectively have been destroyed.
The first thing to go will be the masterfully crafted balance of power between the Executive, Legislative, and Judicial branches of the U.S. Government. The Congress will be transferring to the Obama Administration authority in a number of different areas over the lives of the American people, and the businesses they own.
The irony is that the Congressdoesn't have any authorityto legislate in most of those areas to begin with! I defy anyone to read the text of the U.S. Constitution and find any authority granted to the members of Congress to regulate health care.
This legislation also provides for access, by the appointees of the Obama administration, of all of your personal healthcaredirect violation of the specific provisions of the 4th Amendment to the Constitutioninformation, your personal financial information, and the information of your employer, physician, and hospital. All of this is a protecting against unreasonable searches and seizures. You can also forget about the right to privacy. That will have been legislated into oblivion regardless of what the 3rd and 4th Amendmentsmay provide...
If you decide not to have healthcare insurance, or if you have private insurance that is not deemed acceptable to the Health Choices Administrator appointed by Obama, there will be a tax imposed on you. It is called a tax instead of a fine because of the intent to avoid application of the due process clause of the 5th Amendment. However, that doesn't work because since there is nothing in the law that allows you to contest or appeal the imposition of the tax,it is definitely depriving someone of property without the due process of law.
So, there are three of those pesky amendments that the far left hate so much, out the original ten in the Bill of Rights, that are effectively nullified by this lawIt doesn't stop there though.
The 9th Amendment that provides: The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people;
The 10th Amendment states: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are preserved to the States respectively, or to the people. Under the provisions of this piece of Congressional handiwork neither the people nor the states are going to have any rights or powers at all in many areas that once were theirs to control.
I could write many more pages about this legislation, but I think you get the idea. This is not about health care; it is about seizing power and limiting rights... Article 6 of the Constitutionrequires the members of both houses of Congress to "be bound by oath or affirmation to support the Constitution." If I was a member of Congress I would not be able to vote for this legislation or anything like it, without feeling I was violating that sacred oath or affirmation. If I voted for it anyway, I would hope the American people would hold me accountable.

Is there any doubt now that this is what our government is working toward and has been working toward for many years? This, so called, health care bill was not just written in a couple of weeks right before they decided to pass it. It has been written for years and has been sitting on a shelf somewhere just waiting for the right set of circumstances and right set of evil goons to come into power to implement its evil plan of destruction of America by the rape of the constitution and then calling the rape a great piece of legislation we can all be proud of. I guess the communists and Marxists would be proud of it. Their iron fist beat upon freedom's bench like a judge's gavel silencing the people for good and sentencing them to a prison of oppression with their heinous words, which could not be read until it was set into law. Our defense against this odious prosecutor was told that none of the evidence and none of the facts could come out in the trial and we would have to defend our stinking freedom without any facts from the crime.
Hidden within the legalese we now find out the truth of how a dictatorial caucus is coming about and that trickery and chicanery are all in their demonic arsenal to better control us and free enterprise, which they see as the enemies. They view the masses as stupid morons who cannot make decisions on their own and are far inferior to themselves, whose heights of eccentric ego and distorted perception are twisted by the power they have. They have the full forces of most liberal medias to brainwash the masses with propaganda. There is no real reporting or news, save those pockets of resistance called Fox and conservative talk radio and some others. They wish squash those when they can in the near future. They already have taken major steps to control and lock down the internet so that free thought cannot be freely exchanged. Look at how unreasonable and distorted are Pelosi and Weiner, Charlie Rangel and Shelia Jackson Lee, for example. They are just beyond obnoxious freaks who want to rule our lives like some psychopathic school mom with a whip and the secrecy of caring concern when the parents arrive, however they now just whip the parents too and put them in a child protective prison.
I actually rode in an elevator once with Shelia Jackson Lee. It was me and her and she would not even look at me. She had her head stuck up in the clouds and you could feel the hatred, distain, and despise in her demeanor.
This, so called, Health Care Bill, is one of the main vehicles they have had on the shelf just waiting silently, floating, like a box jellyfish waiting for the sea of the masses to become exposed by their handlers at the proper time.
We now have a thin string life line in the Tea Party and some Republicans as we hang precariously on the edge of the precipice waiting for rescue before the string breaks and we all plunge head long into the abyss from which there will be no return. The Hyenas sense the blood from the wounded prey now and they are in an excited fevered frenzy ready to tear apart their prey and gorge upon their sweet bloody flesh.
Have you ever wondered why America is not really mentioned in the end time prophecies of the Bible? We do have a great foundation upon which we can hang our freedom and liberty and that is Yahushua and His Word and our prayers, the prayers of the righteous, praying for our country's deliverance from this evil and from these evil doers and haters of Yahweh, the God of the Bible, and of his ten commandments and of his judgment against homosexuality and abortion and of his love for free enterprise and liberty.
Contrary to popular rhetoric, man is not inherently good and will not choose the right thing. He is inherently evil according to the Bible: "the heart of man is desperately wicked above all things" "man's thoughts are only evil." "man's thoughts are evil continually" "it is because of God's mercies that man is not consumed" Given the choice, man will choose the evil thing, not the good thing. That is why we have the scriptures and the constitution, forged from the same crucible to create a document that made us a Republic and not a democracy. A democracy always becomes socialism, which then becomes communism and totalitarianism. A Republic must obey the constitution and gives people freedom of choice and freedom to vote within the confines of the constitution and of the rule of law always. Our elected officials took an oath to defend and protect the constitution, but it is no surprise that they are major charlatans, law breakers, and traitors of the constitution. They really need to be tried for high treason and put in prison. They hate the constitution because it is a moral document and they are totally void of morality. Now we also have judges who uphold their immorality and judge unrighteously, according to humanism and politics and not according to the Constitution.
Our only hope: 2 Chronicles 7; 14: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
What is our sin?
Complacency and laziness are two, hoping that others will do our praying for us.
Prayer and Godliness is what truly holds back the great flood of evil and wickedness. Our complacency and laziness need to be held in contempt and expunged from our record. Let us, from this day forward, not be counted in Esau's court to eat our bowl of soup with thoughtless appetite, but let us fast and pray that Yahushua will deliver us from the evil that is to come and let us be hungry for the truth!
