The 20-year-old defensemen, taken by the Ducks with the 17th pick in the 2008 Entry Draft, had 10 goals and 40 points for the University of Wisconsin this season, his third with the Badgers.
Blues bring up Oystrick on emergency basis -- The St. Louis Blues on Tuesday recalled defenseman Nathan Oystrick from their AHL affiliate, the Peoria Rivermen, on an emergency basis.
Oystrick, 28, has played in 56 games for the Rivermen this season, ranking third on the team with 41 points (13 goals, 28 assists). He has a pair of assists in seven games with the Blues.

Thrashers sign 2009 pick -- The Atlanta Thrashers said Tuesday they have signed defenseman Chiarot, their fourth-round selection (No. 120) in the 2009 Entry Draft.
Chiarot, 19, has 9 goals and 34 points in 61 games this season for the Saginaw Spirit and Sudbury Wolves of the Ontario Hockey League.
The 6-foot-3, 215-pound defenseman has 67 points (19 goals, 48 assists) in 226 career OHL games over four seasons with Guelph (2007-08 to 2009-10), Sudbury (2009-10 to 2010-11) and Saginaw (2010-11). He also played one game for the Chicago Wolves, the Thrashers' AHL affiliate, during 2009-10.
Canucks recall Yann Sauve -- The Vancouver Canucks recalled defenseman Yann Sauve from the AHL Manitoba Moose on Tuesday.
Sauve, 21, has appeared in 31 games for the Moose this season, recording 9 points (2 goals, 7 assists) and 12 penalty minutes in his rookie AHL season. He has played in three games with the Canucks, registering an even plus/minus rating and six hits.
The Canucks drafted the 6-foot-3, 200-pound native of Montreal in the second round of the 2008 Entry Draft.
Flyers sign 2009 choice -- The Philadelphia Flyers on Tuesday signed 6-foot-6, 230-pound defenseman Oliver Lauridsen to an entry-level contract that will begin at the start of the 2011-12 season.
Lauridsen, who turns 22 on March 24, was selected by the Flyers in the seventh round (No. 196) in the 2009 Entry Draft. He recently completed his junior year at St. Cloud State of the WCHA, also the alma mater of Flyers forward. In his three seasons at St. Could State, the native of Gentofte, Denmark, Lauridsen posted 7 goals and 22 points with 143 PIM in 108 games played.
Ottawa recalls two from AHL -- The Ottawa Senators on Tuesday recalled defenseman Andre Benoit and forward Jim O'Brien from their AHL farm team, the Binghamton Senators.
Benoit, 27, made his NHL debut in Ottawa's 4-2 loss to the Boston Bruins at Scotiabank Place on Feb. 18 and has recorded no points and 2 penalty minutes in three NHL games. In 62 AHL games this season, Benoit leads all Binghamton blueliners with 45 points on 7 goals and 38 assists.
