The Xerox Docucentre II C4300 is definitely one you want on your list of suspects. A truly robust device fully configured to include printing, copying and scanning functionality as standard with the option of faxing.

As far as the four drums are concerned, the same applies, they are also customer replaceable units which are known at xerox as CRUs. The waste toner bottle falls in to the same category too because this can also be replaced by you.
A great little feature is the side output tray which you set up to receive your faxes. This minimizes confusion in the office between staff about which jobs are faxes and which jobs are prints. These machines can also be set up with a finisher option. You have a few options of finisher to choose from. The B finisher does your stapling and your stacking.
