What in the name of Heaven is happening in our wonderful country? There is spin (propaganda) being circulated throughout the country that one does not have to be a citizen of the US to vote. We all should know that one cannot vote if they are not a citizen.
So why does a Federal Judge rule that one does not have to show identification when they register or vote? I am sure this idiot Judge has some basis for his ruling in Arizona; but I then question what kind of a cockamamie law allows a judge to rule in that manner? What does that tell us as citizens who are either born here or nationalized. Sounds like a law that was passed by a group of A.H.'s or a Supreme Court decision that wants to so badly get it right that they got it all real wrong.
Whatever the case may be it is one complete mess. States cannot agree on what the heck is going on. They are so poorly managed on this subject it is a very great embarrassment to the Governors. Shame on them whether they are Democrats or Republicans they are supposed to be Americans first. Finally the government must take a stand in this area and make certain laws that will very strictly enforce all the electoral laws. This is not a joke or something any good American would not savor.
How can any sane person think that they can disrupt the election laws and rules to get around the proving that the voter is a citizen of the United States of America? We talk about and criticize other countries on rigging their elections; when we are the first to have more problems enforcing our laws and the distortions simply are the first line towards a crooked election rigged from day one.
This is what Acorn looked for and found to where they could multiply vote different people and register and bring illegal voters who are not citizens. They bused them in by the thousands and spread them out all over the State. Over and over again they were the deciding factor to put in a Democrat. Let's face it although there is good and bad in both parties the real sleaze bags and crooked characters are all in the direction of the Democratic Party; they are the true bottom of the barrel.
Finally the main thrust in the party's intimidation and totally unruly behavior is represented by the Black Panthers and the other Black organizations even the ones who sport the front of being holier than thou. This is not intending to indict the whole black race but to point at those who will do anything underhanded as it may be; to get their person in office because they are Black. What party has the largest amount of black people; the Democratic Party.
Reports are coming in that machines are rigged as to where if the person votes Republican down the line it flips over to the democratic side. Many write in votes are false and bogus; guess who they favor the Democratic candidates. It gores on and on and on. This is one of the main reasons why it is difficult to make the laws required to make our voting system almost fool proof.
Only Half of the States require ID for casting a vote.
Eighteen States require voters to present some form of ID to vote; while seven specify that voters must show photo ID to be able to vote. The other twenty five have no requirements of ID to vote.
So anyone who wants to screw up the system can just do it where it allows them to do it. Hey lets rig it and get our politician in office. The easy ones to boost in office are Congressional Reps because we are only dealing with districts. Senators are a bit more difficult but not impossible for we can move around the State and motivate in rural areas where we can undermine the rules and laws because of the lax State laws. If you believe this is all conjecture you are very nave.
And now what do we need to do to streamline the system so it must obey the laws of the country. Well it needs to start with the Federal Governments Federal Law.
FEDERAL LAW
The Federal Law must be extremely firm and positively binding on all electoral areas regardless of what State and must take precedence over any of the States laws. All previous registrations are voided. All voting stations in the country; regardless of where they are must have a computer with access to the complete database of every natural born citizen and naturalized citizen. It must be up to date with those who passed away so that is not abused. It must be extremely simple and the person's info comes up after they type in the name. End case.
Eventually if the Government is up to date and complete it will show that persons birth certificate or naturalization papers. When this becomes a reality the individual citizen must only prove who they are. The penalty for any person found to have allowed this law to be circumvented or circumvents it; is definite jail time.
No one can register to vote unless they produce both a birth certificate and official picture ID or positive ID, which will prove that they are that person on the birth certificate.
Those who were not born here must supply their naturalization papers and as above official picture ID that they are that person.
When they come to vote they must have an official picture ID that indentifies them as the registered person.
Now States can make their own laws or adopt the Federal Law. However if anyone is elected to States office and was not elected using the Federal Law they cannot in any way manner or form be involved in any elected office or business that concerns anything of a federal nature. This in itself will force the State to do the right thing in all of its elections regardless. Of course the above only deals with the citizenship issue. There are many more issues that must be addressed but this is the greatest.
Of course in making the Federal law (that is only clarifying the laws that are already on the books) they must be careful not jeopardize the individual citizens rights. That is the most ticklish and sensitive area that can trash the law if it in any way causes this to occur. This law must only be made to enforce the present law that apparently has no teeth.
So then what is wrong with this? What is wrong with closing all the gaps? What is wrong with expecting that our elections will be true, honest and above board? Then let's force our government and the officials including the House and Senate to present and pass this law with a 100% aye vote from both sides in both houses. I would like to know why anyone could vote against it. If so tell the country why?
