I think the TATA Wimax is turning out to be a failure as it is not able to get subscribers. In my area I am the only one in 2KM Square who is using TATA WIMAX. There service was Expensive but was worth I used it for two years but never got a problem.
At last i got a reason to go for another option i had Infinite 384kBps. the speed was very consistent even during the day time. I got that plan for Rs 1103 including Taxes. But now i have opted for Local HFCL Infotel (Connect BroadBand) and got 1Mbps + 50 STD Calls Unlimited for Rs 1100 hope it woks the same way as TATA Wimax used.
