Having a plan for fitness is really important in order to succeed. If you just go straight into it without any sort of plan, you will find yourself lost and most likely discouraged.

Figure out what your goals are. Do you want to lose weight? Do you want to gain more strength? Do you need to tone a certain part of your body?
