5 Short Exercises That Can Burn the Flab Abs at Home

This is perhaps one of the simplest ways to burn the fat and get well-shaped abs at home. To start with, take deep breath for a while and warm up the body by stretching your arms and legs. Switch on your favorite music along, preferably with beats; as lively music will help you improve the level of workout performance. The enhanced performance will increase the sweating which will consequently burn the Flab Abs at a faster rate.

This exercise shall be done only once a day and that too not for a very long time. A minimum of 30 seconds and a maximum of 30 minutes is enough for a day. Always keep yourself comfortable instead of putting on burden of exercise. Keep yourself relaxed during workout and your weight loss goal easily achievable.

Steady walk

Start walking on the same place, just like on a treadmill. A 3-minute steady march is perfect, but it has to be started with 30 seconds and shall be increased gradually up to 3 minutes. You can run slow, fast, move your arms, and kick your heels, etc. during the march. Make sure that you take a small break of 30 seconds in case you feel tired. This will rather rejuvenate your body to exercise you better.

Crouching session

Stand straight on floor and open your feet wider than your shoulder size. Now hold your hands behind the head and bend down at a 90 degree angle. While making a squat down, hold your back straight. Follow the same for 20 seconds on both sides and progressively increase it to 2 minutes time duration.

Push-ups

It is not necessary that only Abs-related exercise would help burn your Flab Abs. Push-ups are a great option to burn the extra fat from body. Start with 5-10 push-ups per day and extend up to 30-40. Just switch on your favorite music track and burn the extra calories from your Abs.

Leg scissors exercise regime

This is an exercise which basically concentrates on your lower Abs. Just lie down on the floor and put your hands on your buttock, so as to give support to your lower back. Elevate your legs at a height of around 6 inches from the ground while tightening your abs and legs' muscles. Keep your feet together while lifting. Wide open your legs gradually, but make sure that your knees do not bend. Now bring the feet back and repeat the same for at least 5-10 times.

All above mentioned are simple love handle exercises and can be easily performed at home. Devoting on 10 minutes a day will greatly help you burn Flab Abs and get perfect shape.
