Of course, you can, if you want, just show a single image. You can always change it manually whenever you feel the need for some variety.
If your photos were taken on a digital camera then it's a very simple matter to get them on display using a digital frame. If you have printed photos then you'll need to convert these into a suitable digital format - probably using a scanner. This is simplicity itself - if you can work a photocopier you'll be more than able to cope. Some of the latest digital picture frames even have a scanner built into them to make this process easy for you.
So there you have it - digital photo frames are great value for money. There's a wide variety of prices depending upon size and specification - but a lot of them cost no more than a conventional frame. They really are very easy set up and to use, and they give you an excellent way to get many more of your snapshots on display.
