He knows very well the types of difficulties that a mother has to face when her education is interrupted or even non-existent, as his own mother had put her education on hold for many years before returning to school to earn her degree. He has made it possible for mothers to continue or even begin their education by designing scholarships directed only towards these women. This has been done in the hope that it will provide enough aid for these hard working moms to go to school, earn their degree and increase their employment options.
