It starts with the first volume; A New Dawn that deals with Sahara developing superhuman powers and the history behind it.
You will be introduced to her benefactor Romero Malatesta who is a Guardian, sent to earth to protect man from his adversory Barak.
And you will join Sahara in an adventure that spans centuries and 3 continents.
After she has to leave her home town to escape an abusive x-boyfriend, Sahara finds herself a job in a small art gallery in Harrogate, a small town in North Yorkshire.
It is in Harrogate that Sahara starts to realize her powers and also where she has her first run in with Barak who is out to destroy her at any cost.
Her benefactor Romero is there to protect her but he has been captured by Barak and needs Sahara's help.
Sahara is the only contact that Romero has to the outside world but she is confused she doesnt understand what is happening. All she knows is that there is a voice from within her spurring her on. A voice that for a while will become her only friend.
After fleeing once again but this time to Paris she is given a new identity to help keep her safe and then she returns to UK where she must remain in hiding until her powers grow strong enough to take on the task of freeing Romero.
This task is much harder than she had ever imagined possible but as Romero reveals why she has been singled out Sahar's resolve is strenghtened.
Meanwhile the world is in turmoil. In Romero's absence Barak takes on the persona of the US president and causes chaos.
Now that she understands what is expected of her and the consquences if she fails she must find the strength to make a stand or all that we know will be lost and man will once more live in darkness.
