Mountain weather
Mountain weather mostly prevails in the mountainous regions. The climatic condition of these regions is generally cold. New Zealand comes under those high countries that experience this kind of weather. Due to high rainfall, winters are very cool and summers are moderately mild here.
Coastal weather
The most fascinating fact about coastal weather is that the temperature does not vary too much with the change of seasons. This type of weather can be observed in marine or coastal regions. High wind speed plays a very important role in these phenomena. Some of the activities like high mid latitude cyclone; generally referred as storm tracks are the part of coastal weather. Changes in main sea level and tides play a crucial role in coastal weather activities. Southeastern region of Australia and western coast of continents are characterized with this type of weather.
