How To Reduce Perspiration Naturally?

There are lots of products on the market to stop the wetness of perspiring, but they may use chemical methods that are not the best for ones health. How to reduce perspiration can be done naturally. There are a number of methods that can be used. I will also be talking about a natural sweating cure guide that I have used to get rid of my excessive sweating problem.

Facial scrubs can be used on different parts of the body that perspire to unclog pores. When the pores are open the toxins that are trapped can be released and the skin will not be stressed. This method will exfoliate and unclog the pores but use only three times a week at the most.

To absorb wetness, baby powder and corn starch can be used. They will not stop the moisture but they can control it and can be used on any part of the body. Baking soda is another product that works much the same way, it will unclog the pores and release any toxins trapped in them. Do not use it too often or it may irritate the skin, limit it to twice weekly.

Turnip juice either applied to the skin or ingested will minimize sweat gland activity. The juice can be extracted to obtain it from the vegetable. Sage tea works much the same way on the sweat glands and is easier to obtain. Drinking one to two cups a day will reduce sweat gland production.

Lemon juice is great for minimizing odor, use it fresh or from the bottle. A zinc pill a day will work much the same way as lemon juice. Replenish the body with lots of water if perspiring heavily to keep hydrated. Changes in the diet could assist in the amount of perspiration one has. Avoid foods that are spicy, avoid onions, red meat and garlic as well as caffeine and eat more leafy vegetables and fruits.

How to reduce perspiration is not difficult as long as one finds what works best. It can be done naturally and there are other things one can do to help such as to shower daily to keep cool, wear loose and natural clothing that is light in color and is well ventilated. I personally managed to get rid of all my sweat problems with a step by step sweat removal guide.
