The next time you do this you can easily tell if you have chaged height.
The second of the important health checks is to Keep an eye on your own blood pressure. Blood pressure is known to contribute to things like stroke, hypertension, heart attack and other health risks. You want your blood pressure to stay low, but within the healthy range for your age, weight and height. Ask your doctor where your blood pressure needs to be and then get it checked out regularly to make sure that you're still in a healthy place. Almost any grocery store or pharmacy has a blood pressure checker that is either free or incredibly cheap to use to test your pressure. If the numbers don't look right to you, consult your doctor. Find out what you should be doing to get back on course and to find out what is making your numbers change. Keeping your blood pressure in a wholesome range will help you avoid all kinds of problems.
The third of the important health checks is to check your hearing often. Most of us don't recognize that we have started to lose our hearing until it is too late. Losing our hearing can lead to cognitive function loss in addition to thoughts of isolation and other psychological problems. Take advantage of zero cost screenings if they are offered and ask your doctor to do cursory checks whenever you see him or her. This will help you to take preventative measures to protect your hearing for as long as you can.
