i spent 4990 for the DVR where

i was promised a HD recorder and 2 months ultrapack with 4 HD channels included , the installer came within a couple of hours,it took 4 hours to install the dish , i had to pay 600Rs for extra wire,cuz if u are buying a DVR then u will need to run to wires from the dish to ur tv. i still dint mind paying for that, but what happened the channels stopped working , no signal error , i got to know i am only getting one hd channel,which is NGc Hd,
