Eat lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and nonfat dairy products. Favor complex carbohydrates and high-fiber foods, but reduce the consumption of simple sugars. Cut back on salt.

Supplement your diet with multivitamin and calcium.

Keep your mind active and stimulated. Mental exercise is an important complement to physical exercise.

Build strong social networks. People are good medicine at any age.

Get regular medical care.

The scientists found that regular walking can retain and even increase your memory and mental disorders. Walking helps to prevents dementia and many other health concerns that may develop as we get older. It usually prevents diabetes, kidney failure, obesity, cardiac arrests, blood pressure problems, etc. Walking prevents aches and pains in later life and keeps you healthy. If you feel healthy from inside then you will look healthy from outside.

Another reason why walking is anti-ageing is that it can be good for the soul or inner self. Walking helps to diminish the stress level and get rid of tensions and therefore facilitate to relax.
