I download movies on my computer through torrent files and enjoy watching them on my 70 inch LCD TV with surround sound. It has become some kind of a getaway from a usual hectic day. She switched on her laptop and we browsed through the Internet together desperately trying to find a solution for the problem. It was pretty late in the night and it was impossible for the local computer technician to come over and fix the issue. I quickly narrated the whole incident to him including how it all started etc. He asked me a couple of questions with regard to my computer and I gave him all the details promptly. He then took my contact details and told me that he would call me back within five minutes. I never expected a call-back, for a moment I thought I had been framed, but suddenly my phone rang and to my contentment, it was iYogi tech support. The technician acted swiftly without wasting much time and ran me through some troubleshooting steps helping me out whenever I got stuck. The call went on for almost an hour, but by the end of it, my computer was working just fine, in fact much better than before. I thanked the technician and disconnected the call. Soon, I was back to downloading movies, but without any hassles this time.
