How To Reduce Perspiration?

Finding a natural way to keep fresh and smelling great is not difficult to do. How to reduce perspiration can be done naturally with a few items found around the home. Instead of buying expensive products that are filled with chemicals use what you have around the house. I will also be talking about a natural sweating cure guide that I have used to get rid of my excessive sweating problem.

A facial scrub is not only good for the skin on the face but can be used on areas that experience perspiration. A scrub will exfoliate the skin and unclog pores that have trapped toxins the body may be trying to rid itself of. Do not use more than three times in a week.

Baking soda not only absorbs wetness but is can unclog pores to release toxins. Use it sparingly as it could be too strong for the skin, two times a week is a good amount to remember. Other wetness absorbers are corn starch and baby powder. They can be used anywhere on the body and are a good control option.

Sage tea is a wonderful way to reduce the amount of wetness the sweat glands produce by drinking one to two cups a day. Turnip juice works much in the same way except it is a bit more work to extract the juice. One may drink it or can be applied directly on the areas where it is needed.

To minimize odor a zinc pill a day will work well. Lemon juice is another method that is effective in reducing odor, the acid neutralizes it. One can use either lemon in a bottle or fresh squeezed. Drink lots of water to keep hydration levels balanced. Watch the type of foods that are eaten, dietary changes can make a big difference. Spicy foods, onion, caffeine, garlic and red meat should be avoided. Fruits, leafy vegetables and foods high in water content will minimize odor.

How to reduce perspiration will take a bit of time in determining what method works best for you. While figuring that out, remember to drink plenty of water. Wear light clothing made from natural fibers that are loose and well ventilated for comfort. Shower daily to keep the body cool and smelling fresh. I personally managed to get rid of all my sweat problems with a step by step sweat removal guide.
